I'm articulating a one sheeter to hammer the media with until I get to Oprah, Larry King, Glenn Beck, Fox or Nat.Geo Lockup! "Are we building bigger criminals? My novel Roll Call, by Glenn Langohr, illustrates that we are by locking up low level criminals and building them into bigger criminals and gangs who come out displaced from society with an affliction much harder to escape.
